Maintain a fresh and professional brand identity with regular quarterly photo sessions. Includes 10 high-resolution digital images per session, expertly edited to capture your unique brand personality and professional essence.
Cancellation Policy
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bumblebugs Photography Business Branding Membership. By signing up to the membership, you agree to the following terms. 1. Membership The Business Branding Membership is a recurring monthly subscription costing £35.00 per calendar month. Membership payments are collected monthly by the agreed payment method and secure your place for one branding session every three months (quarterly). 2. What's Included Your membership includes: One Business Branding Photography Session every three months. A gallery of professionally edited images. 10 high-resolution digital images included with each quarterly session. Commercial usage licence for marketing your own business. Access to exclusive member pricing on additional image purchases. 3. Additional Images The 10 included images are selected by the client from their online gallery. Should you wish to purchase additional images, these will be available at the current Bumblebugs Photography pricing at the time of your viewing appointment. Purchasing additional images is entirely optional. 4. Payment Terms Membership payments are due monthly regardless of whether a quarterly session has been booked during that month. Payments must be made on time to maintain your membership benefits. If a payment cannot be collected, Bumblebugs Photography reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until the account is brought up to date. 5. Cancellation of Payments If you cancel your monthly subscription or your payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days: Your membership will immediately end. Any future quarterly branding sessions will be cancelled. You will no longer be entitled to any membership benefits. Monthly payments already made are non-refundable. Membership cannot be paused unless agreed in writing by Bumblebugs Photography. 6. Booking Your Quarterly Session It is the client's responsibility to arrange their quarterly branding session. Sessions are subject to studio availability. Unused quarterly sessions cannot be carried forward beyond the membership year unless agreed in writing. 7. Rescheduling If you need to rearrange your session, at least 48 hours' notice must be given. Bumblebugs Photography reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for repeated short-notice cancellations. 8. Photographer Cancellation In the unlikely event that Bumblebugs Photography needs to cancel a session due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control,
